Lock Unit Troubleshooting:
- Check the Batteries: Ensure the lock's batteries are installed properly and fully charged or replaced.
- Inspect Wiring & Connections: Verify that the power wire harness is connected correctly without loose wires.
- Check for Obstructions: Look for any obstructions or debris that may hinder the lock's operation.
- Reset the System: Press and hold the "Code Reset" button on the back face of the lock.
- Test from Different Position: Try operating the keyless entry system uninstalled/outside of the RV.

- IE (If this is deadbolt issue): in some cases, if your deadbolt is not working properly this could be due to obstruction or the way your door sits on frame. To eliminate a possible issue or defect to the lock we recommend testing it off of your RV.
